I came here from Georgetown, not a short drive. Well worth the trip for me and filled with great instruction. The gym memmbers are nice and they are welcoming to new people. The instructors even have patience with kids classes, especially when this isn't a kid's class. It really takes a good teacher who can show that type of range. The best part is the low costs but exceptional experience. They have plenty of high ranking members who look to help and don't hide to avoid.
