They send items to the wrong address and then lie about saying they sent to my current address. I can't get my mask. Going to get a hold of insurance to let them know. I showed proof with pic of the package showing the wrong address. Unfortunately, I can't go pick it up. This is a horrible business that won't listen. I had them verify over the phone to be sure it would be sent to the right address.
Horrible customer service!!! They don’t care if they get things right or wrong. Always an excuse about why they didn’t do what they were supposed to and…stay away if possible or face frustration and unwanted misinformation. Now I will have to find another company.
Don’t walk, run away from this company!… I paid a bill for over $400 online, money was taken from my account, I have showed them this… all I keep getting is well our side shows the payment was declined… if it was declined why did the money come out? Now they are trying to tell me I have to go to my bank and dispute the charges… No! I did my part now do yours!… if you didn’t get your money from the bank that is between you and them, not me! Quit sending me bills, you’ll never get another dime from me!
Horrible Company Very obvious why they were the lowest bidder for Ohio Medicaid constantly unable to get supplies and hold times are regularly hour plus
I don't think I can even say anything positive. Horrible customer service, hold waits are down right too long. I'm being billed when it should go to my insurance company. I've paid out of pocket and have never been reimbursed. I changed companies
