They were assigned to schedule an MRI for me in a workers' comp case. They tried to tell me the hospital wouldn't respond to "all the messages" they left and told me they were closing my file and I will have to schedule the MRI on my own. Funny thing is the last rep from this company told me that she had talked with the hospital and the hospital needed my paperwork sent to them in order to schedule the MRI. I guess that didn't get done! So this company dropped the ball TWICE for me. GREAT JOB!

They do not pay their workers comp claims. If they reach out requesting your services, I suggest declining their request. They have a bad reputation for not paying.
If you need supplies DO NOT USE THIS PLACE THROUGH COMP. THEY ARE VERY SLOW AND YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU NEED
