MSB helped complete work that was not properly completed or finished by ACE. The company and team were extremely thorough, communicated well (often and clearly), and provided great advice / recommendations on the work required. Importantly the work remained within budget. In hindsight we should have hired them from the start!
Came home to a flooded downstairs, several inches of water. Called MSB and they were there Within 45 minutes. Removed most of the water and then started drying things out. Took about 2 weeks and removal of lots of dry wall and kitchen cabinets. Then the restoration started. We had MSB handle everything but a new kitchen that we opted for. Very responsive, did a great job of working with the insurance company. The cost of restoration these days is crazy but they worked things out with our insurance adjuster. Unfortunately I have experienced a water leak showing in the ceiling area of my garage. I reside in a condo complex with shared main plumbing lines.
