5 stars simply are not enough—I would give 1,000 if I could. I would never use this company if they were not forced on me by my HOA just based on their price alone let alone issues with communication. I didn't want them doing anything in my place but they came in and took some moisture readings while I was at work. I told the HOA that my washer drain hose came out and I assumed the was the problem and I would take care of it for the neighbor but when I came in there was tons of water in my place so I called someone to come take some readings we did find water behind my washer and it w... read more

Ruben at MSB Disaster Recovery Services was recommended to me by a family friend.
