I would never use this company if they were not forced on me by my HOA just based on their price alone let alone issues with communication. I didn't want them doing anything in my place but they came in and took some moisture readings while I was at work. MSB helped complete work that was not properly completed or finished by ACE. The company and team were extremely thorough, communicated well (often and clearly), and provided great advice / recommendations on the work required. Importantly the work remained within budget. In hindsight we should have hired them from the start!

Came home to a flooded downstairs, several inches of water. Called MSB and they were there Within 45 minutes. Removed most of the water and then started drying things out. Took about 2 weeks and removal of lots of dry wall and kitchen cabinets. Then the restoration started. We had MSB handle everything but a new kitchen that we opted for. Very responsive, did a great job of working with the insurance company. The cost of restoration these days is crazy but they worked things out with our insurance adjuster.
