Hands down, Ms. Val's Salon is the best salon in Radcliff because Ms. Val understands the primary principle for operating a successful business, i.e., customer service. Her friendly and professional demeanor will relax you and make you feel like a valued customer. Also, Ms. Val is an honest proprietor. If she says she'll do x,y, and z, she'll do just that without the "funky" attitude. Called just to see what time they closed and the lady was holding a conversation with someone else while trying to say hello. Not thank you for calling Ms. Vals Salon or anything. Then when she said hello I asked her what time she closed and she said what do you want. I asked her again what time she closed and she said 6 you want something done or what!
