Dr Tracy Pennington and Her Staff are always kind and professional. Dr Pennington cares about Her patients and is so very kind. I'm soooo blessed to have her as my Doctor.
Dr. Pennington discharged me as a patient because I called upset that I couldn't get through to anyone in the office about getting a prescription refilled. She gave me a mobile phone number to text her in case I needed anything and then said I couldn't use it! Her staff is rude and it is almost impossible to get through to anyone and when you leave a message on their voicemail, they don't call you back.
Staff is beautiful. Dr. Pennington is a kind, hands on doctor. Very attentive and knowledgeable.
