if there would be a 10 star review this company would get 10 stars. Chris came out 10 minutes before the appointment. It is hard to find a contractor that is punctual! He listened and than did a detailed inspection to find out where he leak is. He found it , showed me pictures and (I could not believe it) offered to fix it the same day. What a relief! The price was also very fair. I can only recommend this business to anyone. I am glad to know that if I ever have a roof issue I know who to call !!!! Thank you M&S
I have used M & S roofing twice. The first time, 12 years ago, was for a crooked window frame that led to a roof/ceiling leak. Marty did all of the work himself - exterior and interior. The quality was excellent - still is 12 years later. So, when I needed to replace my 29-year-old roof, this summer, I didn't hesitate to call M & S again.
