Ms. Polly and her team are phenomenal. We had a wonderful experience at her cake decorating class. You can tell she is passionate about her cakes. 5 stars for sure!
The cake was exactly what I ordered: Cake flavor: yellow Size: 1/2 sheet Special: split fill layer with choc. buttercream Icing: turquoise buttercream Design: Pikachu with my child's name and age on the side in red. **I added the Pokéballs and banner** It was ready at said time, looked perfect and was moist and delicious. Love Miss Polly's Cake.. I'm a foodie and this is just amazing bakery. The Artisan ship that they put into their cakes is unbelievable their light and fluffy just extraordinary my number one Bakery hands down
I can only speak on my experience and it was a good one from beginning to the end. I recently ordered my daughter's 18th birthday cake from Ms. Polly's location on Ogeechee. The cost was reasonable and the end product was exactly what my daughter requested. The cake was moist and everyone enjoyed it. I most definitely will be back again and refer others to you.
I've always had a good experience until today. Stopped by to get my usual cake squares and cups cakes only to discover once I got home my items were DRY and may have been old. Needless to say that upon my arrival I waited for approximately 5 minutes before anybody came from the back to assist me and that was ony after me yelling hello to get someone's attention. The quality, pricing and service is no longer in my opinion worth me wasting my time or money on.
Pollys was my go to for my kids birthday cakes for years. They were delicious and the price was great. I even overlooked the fact that this passed Nov they screwed me and made me drive to Savannah to pick up my cake without letting me know and threw my whole morning off. Maybe not a big deal to some, but planning a birthday party can get hectic. Well fast forward to today when I walk in to get an order for my daughters birthday cake.
