I have used Ms. Polly's 3 times and 2 of the 3 times the cakes tasted great! And, I'm sure that if I hadn't decided to leave 1 of the cakes, it would have been tasty, as well. However, the miscommunication and lack of professional staff has completely ruined my experience. 1st order came out perfectly.
