My MS Motors horror story. If I could give this dealership negative stars I would. This past June I was in the market for a used Lexus SC 430 and I spotted the one I wanted online at MS Motors. I had Brandon do a Facetime walk around and I noticed that the driver side door handle was missing its cover which Brandon said they would fix. Initially went to see 2012 Sequoia and 2014 Honda Pilot. Took the Sequoia home for the weekend (as bank did not finalize financing). Did a bit of an inspection myself (I grew up working on cars). Sequoia screamed in the morning, serpentine belt was in rough shape, noticed engine coolant was low, rear hatch door struts needed replacement as the door was sagging, automated back seats would not stay down, passenger door actuator was not engaging, and 4WD didn't engage easily.
