Kids running around, no massage or extensive foot scrub. Very basic. Soak Feet, heel rub, nail polish. I normally go to fancy nail but I want to try something new. Not bad, not great!
Great and looks amazing
I had a pedi/manicure appointment today, but the experience was disappointing. The technician rushed through the job, was distracted talking to coworkers, and did other chores during the session. She wasn’t friendly, misunderstood me when I tried to speak, and responded rudely. She also asked for payment in the middle of the service in an unpleasant way. After finishing, she left me at the dryer without a word, and I had to ask another staff member for help to leave.
Absolutely unacceptable and illegal behavior. I’m extremely disappointed and disturbed by what happened at this salon. Someone used my fiance's debit card to make a purchase here, and instead of confirming the identity of the person using the card, the staff allowed the transaction to go through without question. No ID check, no name confirmation—nothing. We live in PHILADELPHIA, not NEW YORK.
