Rented from MS Coast Property Management for over 3 years and have have a great experience with them! Any time we had an issue it was resolved very quickly and professionally! This PM company has been deeply disappointing as an out-of-state owner. Inherited issues were poorly handled regarding repairs, tenant acquisition, and pest control. Despite a clear WDIR, they contracted Paramount Pest Control for excessive $160 quarterly exterior spraying, while I pay significantly less elsewhere for comprehensive service. Shockingly, the same company that did my initial WDIR (omitting a rat found during escrow) whom I hired, is the same company used by MS Coast.
