Will always speak very highly of this company, all the ladies there are very easy and quick to work with. I have helped two close friends find a place and Jennifer was able to get them in their property within a week notice. Very reliable, responsive and respectful.
This PM company has been deeply disappointing as an out-of-state owner. Inherited issues were poorly handled regarding repairs, tenant acquisition, and pest control. Despite a clear WDIR, they contracted Paramount Pest Control for excessive $160 quarterly exterior spraying, while I pay significantly less elsewhere for comprehensive service. Shockingly, the same company that did my initial WDIR (omitting a rat found during escrow) whom I hired, is the same company used by MS Coast. I reached out to Tiffany to schedule a viewing of a property because time was crucial. I never heard back from her in any capacity, not professional at all. Thankfully, I reached out to a more reputable company and had a lease signed in 2 days.
This house is beautiful… I feel for the owner because of the negligence in up-keeping. First off in the beginning and through out my whole time of two years the absolute worst hospitality and they make you feel as tho you are the problem. When issues arrive I call and call and call and call either they don’t answer or follow up. They does fix the issues causing this owner ultimately more damage or the place a bandaid on it.
