I cannot say enough about the quality of service we have received at M&S auto. Without going into detail what I will say is when you think of exceptional customer service M&S is the epitome of how you want to be treated. Well don’t post bait and switch ads on CL. I was shopping for an Lexus RX. Twice I saw a 2010 with 90k. Yet both times when I showed up it was sold. Only I was told it was sold the night before and the ad was posted that morning 3 hours before I got there. It was the second time I saw that ad in the past week. I feel you post ads to get people into your location only to try to sell them something different.
The staff at M&S Auto are amazing! They really made the whole experience painless and I was amazed how fast I drove away with my new car! Jumanji was so patient with me and showed me everything I asked to see, he really made buying a car a great experience!
