I’ve been doing business w/M&S since ‘17 & have never been disappointed. I recently got a quote of a unit & it wad less than for identical unit from competing company. And, technicians have always beer timely, friendly, professional and courteous.
Always great service. Called at 4:50pm on Monday night, Bradley serviced unit early afternoon on Tuesday, and 24 hour after call was at desired temp.
Brennon and Bradley were a great team, knew what they were doing as soon as they were on site. Terrific communication, called with a heads up and was on time. Thank you! Will recommend 🙌
Needed maintenance on my split unit and it was done very professionally and with care
