M&S has been servicing my air conditioners for close to 15 years. Their technicians are knowledgeable and always on time. Terry was my technician this morning for regular maintenance. He was respectful of my property and worked efficiently and competently.
I appreciate receiving notice as to when the tech is on his way. When he arrived he rang the door bell to let us know he was here. He identified himself and let us know when the job was complete. When he left he offered to dispose of my used AC filter for us.
Mike was very knowledgeable on time and I feel comfortable with his information.
