The owner and the entire staff are highly responsive. It was immediately clear from talking to the owner that he was an expert in his field Having run this business for more than 30 years. I found him to be incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and a creative thinker on how to do the best work using the existing structure. Have recommended him to all of my neighbors.
The air conditioning maintenance man came on time. Was very cordial and professional. Did an excellent job on the maintenance and cleaning the AC unit. I would highly recommend.
We will never use another AC company! After being ripped off by at least three other large AC companies M&S really outperforms them all. Their service contracts and quick attention to service are beyond great. Thank u Mike for all you do!
Every time my HVAC system has a problem, M&S has my back. One of the best service companies I've worked with. Full of praise for Hector, he's been here 4 times and is always thorough, professional, and personable.
