It was fun overall, but the timeline was pretty insane. We observed 35 min between bite-sized plates. The overall dinner took 3.5 hours which is not what was stated on their website. I felt restless, hungry, and a bit bored by the end. We had to go get drive thru food on the way home. If you are reading this, take it as a sign and book your reservation for MÄS now. We traveled from Texas just to dine here and to say it was worth it would be an understatement. From the atmosphere, the food, wine/sake pairings and the chef(s), every single thing placed on the plate in front of us well exceeded our expectations. My meal and overall experience at MÄS was very special! There is one seating at 5pm. The counter (which I highly recommend) holds 6 people and there are a few tables in the back (and I didn't even see that space). So keep in mind that this is an intimate dining experience and also, with so few patrons being served each evening, the cost reflects this.
