5 star jewelry shop! They helped my fiancé pick out this beautiful engament ring over a year ago, and since then I have stopped in multiple times for a free cleaning. They are always happy to clean my ring, and check it over to make sure things are in place! Will defiantly buying wedding bands and future jewelry purchases here! Very knowledgeable, and friendly staff ready to assist you with any questions or jewelry needs.
When my fiancé had a problem with her engagement ring, MRT handled a customer service problem that arose with absolute grace. It inspired us to look for wedding bands here during their promotional weekend. Jess helped make the process extremely easy and got us even more excited about our future together. MRT has provided a phenomenal experience with the purchase of my engagement ring and wedding band. They are only one of two locations in RI that carry the Sylvie Collection, a brand I fell in love with. Both times Bill has helped and provided exceptional service. He is extremely informative of the products MRT carries and has answered any questions that we have had. The store is pristine, has a very large selection and has very fair pricing. They dinged up my 10k gold ring pretty badly after attempting to straighten it. The girl then told me it was as hard as steel. So I said to her then how could it have gotten bent over the years. She replied that gold is bends easy but yet they didn't repair the ring properly. The ring is not straighter than it was.
MRT has been amazing to work with. When purchasing my fiancé’s engagement ring the staff really took the time to educate me throughout the process. Instead of nerve racking, they made it really enjoyable and exciting. Never did I feel pressured to make a purchase. I feel valued as a consumer every time I speak with them, which is why we are currently shopping here for our wedding bands. I would highly recommend MRT to friends and family!
