The tomatoes were shriveled up and there were black spots on them. The lettuce was brown. Walked out while the sub was being made, because I didn't feel safe eating from there. When I questioned the black tomatoes, I was told it was because of the machine they use. Which makes no sense to me. 1 year later, so much better. Fresh veggies. Awesome service!!
Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I was the only one in the building and it took over 25 minutes to get my food. Not only did they make me the wrong sub after multiple attempts to correct them, they failed to add cheese or toast my sub as well after asking several times. I then proceeded to be overcharged for a sub that went straight in the garbage. Not usually the type of person to complain about these types of things, but this was absolutely mind blowing.
Came here starving after arriving from New Brunswick to seasonal camp. I ordered a 12" meatless meatballs sub and the lady working notified me that it would take a bit longer to make. I agreed and she prepared my sub exactly how I ordered. I am glad I waited, it was delicious sub made way better thanks to genuine customer service and manners. If you're the lady from Mr. Sub, thank you! You made my day and the sub was 11/10! :)
