Make sure they give you the right bread. I asked for whole wheat. I realized it was plain (white) when I got home
I was in the store this morning. Sign says open at 9:30 am. People showed up at 9:40am. I walked in they were setting everything up, No gloves on and saw lady have her thumb in container with food in it. Walked her why she not wearing gloves. She didn't say anything then proceeded to put gloves on in which I asked her if I wasn't there would she have put gloves on She said no. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere.
This is the only place in town that has a seafood sub it was worth the drive. Staff was great too
I have been to this location several times. Most of the time has been a good experience. Yesterday I placed a larger order (6 subs) online at 11:00 am to be ready for noon as I was under a time crunch. Mr.Sub sent a confirmation text. I arrived just before 12:00 to pick up my order, however, "The printer ran out of paper". Still frustrated, but I do understand things can happen. I've been tired of Subways prices and decided to check out Mr.Sub for the first time. All I can say is WOW! Their bread is super soft and fresh. The restaurant was clean and a nice quiet atmosphere. I had Kanis help me build my perfect Sub, she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the way she makes a perfect sub so that you don't get messy with the mayo or what ever you put on it. Customer for life! Great job Kanis!
