Do not eat here, bad customer service and hygiene practices. The sandwich maker didn’t switch gloves between customers. The customer had a pork sandwich and he used the same gloves to make my chicken sandwich. I came first and he took my order and then a man came after me and ordered and he finished the other guys sandwich before mine.
This location is the best. Always very clean, professional and management is very much in order. Never have an issue with my order. Thank you
So Ive had the unfortunate event that i had to contact customer service due to a billing issue I had. Jaime Morrow (business development manager ) with Mr.Sub promptly contacted me back and took over the issue and kept me informed over the process the whole way through.
