We used Mr Sandman to refinish and replace oak floors in our new home. It's a family owned and operated business that takes a very high degree of pride and ownership in their work product. Vinny walked me through options and provided transparent and easy to understand pricing. The project was completed on time and in line with the estimate. There was excellent communication throughout. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. Five star experience.
