Very bad nurse but she think she is a doctor; she gave medications that patients don’t like because very expensive for copay. Her attitude so bad and I don’t like to come back to her
I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. She does not advocate for her patients, and her communication is very poor. Rather than taking time to listen or provide solutions, she treats patients like just another number. Anytime you bring up a concern, she’s quick to push it off with a referral instead of addressing it herself. Dr. Trivedi and her office have always been one of the most astounding resources I could ask for. I there a few times a year and I love that Dr. Trivedi always hears me out and is really in tune with any issues I may be having and is eager to help. I strongly recommend her to anyone in the DeKalb area. This practice has been wonderful for me
The absolute worst! Zero stars.
Great doctor, but zero effort when it comes to refilling prescriptions. Be prepared to wait 2-3 weeks for a prescription to be filled. If you have questions about your bloodwork or need a prescription filled, I wish you the best of luck. You will absolutely need it. They need to hire more staff or treat less patients per day if they cannot handle routine patient needs.
