Claims that the most recent reviews are fake, but they are not. You were working with MY family who is getting married in Oct 2026! You had communication with the bride, and you were not responsive! Even when we let you have as much time as you needed to communicate with us. You chose to be UNPROFESSIONAL, and back out along with blocking the bride! ** BUSINESS DID BLOCK ME FOR NO REASON** ** UPDATE BUSINESS CLAIMS FAKE REVIEW- PLEASE SEE SCREENSHOTS BELOW** My initial day of coordination consultation with Brittany was great! Uncooperative and very dismissive. Owner claims fake review but she does not realize that when you provide a service with a promised date then back out of it, it’s poor customer service.

I can't recommend Brittany enough. I sent her some of my inspiration from Pinterest, we worked together to match my budget, she gave me advice on how to best reuse some arrangements for our reception, and she truly exceeded my expectations - even providing extra florals for flat lays and petals for the flower girls. She was awesome at communicating everything and asking me questions along the way. The flower arrangements were stunning and everything I dreamed of and more! Thank you so much, Brittany!

Brittany did an incredible job with my wedding florals. She was timely, professional, creative, kind, communicative, thoughtful, knowledgeable and an overall fantastic vendor to work with.
