I travel down to the Florida Keys whenever I get the chance. I always look forward to stopping at Mrs. Mac's Kitchen. The food is awesome and never fails to satisfy. After a day of travel or water-fun, it is the perfect place to re-fuel and relax. The selection is great; there is everything from fresh sea-food, to steak, to exceptional salads and deserts! I lived in the Florida Keys for 25 years and have watched this restaurant evolve over the years. Always for the better. Seafood is local and the freshest. Steaks are Black Angus. Key Lime Pie is to die for. Service and atmosphere are always friendly, clean, and quick. Prices are well under what you would expect to pay, and even though I now live up state I can't wait to get back to the keys and Mrs Mac's for my old standards (cracked konk, homemade chili, taco platter, and yes meatloaf).
