My daughter and I chanced upon this cute salon. I believe in serendipity because it was absolutely such an unexpected positive experience. I booked a duck nail acrylic set as a congratulatory gift for my daughter, who got all A’s and was inducted in the National Honor Society. She wanted duck nails and she got them! 10/10 ! I usually see Christina (Mrs. Louis) and when I tell you she does it for me each and every time ! I’ll come to you with an idea of what I want and she executes flawlessly. Or I don’t know what I want and she’ll freestyle a design. She was made to do this. Honestly , the entire staff is so nice , friendly and welcoming. They make you feel like you’ve known them forever. Book ASAP !
The nail tech did not clean out my nails before trying to apply the fake nails. She put crap on the fake nails that I did not ask for and consistently asked if I was by myself so she could OVERCHARGE me! Tacky and rude! Horrible=-had to cut the fake nails off they hurt and had this weird silver lines on the nails-NOT GOOD! will not go back!!!
