Staff unorganized and rude. Forgot to take my grandmothers chart back, made her wait over an hr past her scheduled appt, then stuck her in a room alone for another 1/2 hr. Still haven’t seen the Dr. Great way to treat a 97 year old lady. We outta here! Won’t be back!
