In town from Houston and had an eye emergency! Dr. Manning’s office got me in on New Year’s Eve and helped me through a very painful situation until I could make it home to my own eye specialist! They were so friendly and helpful in a very stressful situation ! Thank you so much to Dr.Manning, Candy, and all of the helpful staff! Happy New Year!
Not thorough, schedules multiple appointments for what should happen on a single appointment, and she rudely insulted my previous optometrist, which is highly unprofessional. Doctors should NEVER insult other doctors in the presence of patients unless they're prepared to battle a lawsuit. She didn't even give me my glasses or contacts prescription before I left. I'll never go back.
Dr Manning is sooo thorough! She is amazing and she makes sure everything is set and that you're happy with what she has prescribed.
I called this office to schedule an appointment. I gave them my insurance (EyeMed), and they gave me an appointment. When I showed up, the receptionist told me that "your insurance is coming up as out-of-network." I asked, what would the fees be, "$45 for the refractory exam, but unknown as to other components." No other information. I said, "Well, this is why I called last week" to which she responded "you were in-network last week." Amazing doctor who makes you feel very comfortable and has your best interests at heart. Even better, she is amazing with kids!
