Useless staff who dont want to work
I don't even mind, for entertainment purposes, whenever I pass this place, I stop and buy three cookies because I want to see how long it take for the people in the back to come out and check for a customer, i have it as my pick for slowest customer care on earth, meaning the DMV is a few feet away and you can get complete service THERE in the time it takes this store to get you three cookies. i got my usual drink with two cookies blended in it and i usually paid 9-10$ for each drink just to be charged double by an incompetent worker who didn’t listen to me that he was overcharging
The employee jaylnn was very rude and disrespectful. This issue took place at pretzel maker. Rudely threw my items on the counter, did not greet. I had to state excatly what i wanted because i didnt get a “hello what can i get you?” At all
40 minutes wait for half dozen chocolate chip cookies with no customers for almost an hour of being there..never again corporate needs to check why this would happen at 1:40 pm today with the girl with glasses..
