The mozzarella bald were hard and cold cheese with not melted, and a crooked were old I will never eat at the restaurant ever again they employed were rude and didn’t want to give me my money back. I hope they close I hope they close the location because no one want to eat here.

Love these cookies! They use the best ingredients and the staff is amazing!
Poor service, stale food, and deceptive pricing. Make sure you check your receipt to make sure you weren't overcharged. I will not be visiting this location again and encourage others to avoid the experience. I never had a Mrs. Fields pretzel before and wanted to try one. There were a couple pretzels in the warmer that looked a little on the shriveled side, but having never had one of their pretzels before, I thought maybe that was just the way they looked.
