My mother is 90 years old residing in an assisted living in Baltimore City. PA Akano is their inhouse PA. She did not even come to the location when told my mother was in excruciating pain and unable to walk on her foot. She said to send her a picture. She then said she was sending antibiotics to her. My mother was asked if she wanted to go to the ER but refused because she was told medicine was on the way. Ms. Akano neglected to place the order. I was out of town when this occurred.
