overall, excellent service – I agree with prior comment, as I must have been calling during the same raining season and had the same response. Not sure if the economic downturn just hit them or what. Since that time, I have to say, back to regular, excellent service I have known for over 10 years. We have had Mrs. Bugfree service our yards for many years and have never had any problems until this past winter. We throughout the years have had service every other month. Due to the many numerous storms this past winter we had to cancel several appts and reschedule. The last time they sprayed our yard was end of February. They then called to schedule a March appt.
