Very difficult, insufferable management group.
MRR management was the property management company during my time in Boston for three years. As a tenant the staff, especially Elizabeth, were professional and responsive to all my needs as a tenant. I appreciate their level of service and dedication in making sure as a tenant that any issue I had was taken care of. I highly recommend any property owner who rents to choose MRR management to manage the day-to-day operations of their property.
My experience with MRR has been horrendous. I once left a review, and they contacted me to remove it, that should let you know. My MRR agent, guaranteed me a return of my signed lease, it’s been weeks. Then, to a surprise, I only was given 1 key. There’s literally 2 doors to the apartment. I was told everything was new, it’s not. Note, it’s kind of alarming when the agent meets you at your complex, because it is closer to her, to sign a lease. I have been a tenant of this management company for about two years and have really appreciated their professionalism. They reply very fast to my requests for maintenance and they are really pleasant to deal with when I need to call them. Everything is on an online portal system which makes it easy to pay my rent and put in requests when I have issues with my apartment.
