This is a B2B business. I used a business credit card with the correct shipping and billing address and there should be no issues. My order gets cancelled and they want a picture of my face with my ID to proceed. How does a picture of my face confirm anything? What employee wants to send a picture of their personal ID matching their employer credit card to complete a transaction? What business owner has an ID showing their business address on their ID?
