Very disappointed with this car wash. After leaving, I noticed that the front BMW emblem was missing from my vehicle. What is even more disappointing is that nobody informed me about it or admitted that anything had happened during the wash. I only discovered the damage after I had already driven away. If the emblem came off during the wash, the right thing to do would have been to notify me immediately instead of saying nothing and hoping I wouldn’t notice.
