supposed to be open until 6p. arrived a 4:10p and was in line, the worker decided they were gonna close and cut us off after were waiting. rude and don’t list 6p if you’re going to close at 4p

Took my wife’s pearl-white 2020 Subaru Outback in for a quick wash before a long trip. Big mistake. The “express” wash took 22 minutes because the conveyor kept jamming—car lurched forward, stopped, lurched again. When it finally exited, there were fresh gouges on the front bumper cover that look exactly like they came from one of the guide rails being misaligned. They “washed” my car with what I can only describe as chocolate milk that had been sitting in the sun for three weeks. There are literal streaks of brown mystery liquid dried onto every window. My rearview mirror now has a perfect handprint in grime—like someone high-fived the dirt and then pressed it to my glass. $18 for artisanal filth application. Hard pass.
