My water pump went bad on my car and I needed a tow to my mechanic. I used MrKitt's Towing through AAA. The 10-level customer service that my driver Xavier provided was unbelievable. Xavier was courteous, helpful and was very thorough explaining how the towing work. Xavier treated me like his own family. All I can say is great job Xavier and thank you again! Good experience, didn’t overcharge me, and had quick openings. Everyone I talked to was professional and friendly. I Just got my solenoid and inspection done and thus far everything is going good. Will return if I don’t have any issues with recent repairs.
