MR KITTS IS THE BEST. BRIAN THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER CAME FAST WITHIN 20 MINUTES. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. THE OTHER TOW GUYS NEVER SHOWED UP. AND I CALLED THEM AT 9AM
RecommendedI always come here to get my cars serviced and I always receive excellent customer service but today I was valued as a customer. I was tryna get my oil changed for days but I kept missing the cut off time for services. I called today and explained the situation and they told me to bring it. They completed my oil change with no questions. I loveeeeeeedddd that!!! Thanks to MrKitts Service Center for being the best auto service Ive ever received!!!!

Horrible experience. Not only was I already having a bad evening, car over heating/smoking, stranded in Philly. I called "MrKitt" and set up everything to get my car towed 55 miles home, quote agreed on. After about an hour of sitting and waiting, I called back and was told he would be there in about 20 minutes. I gave him that 20 minutes plus another 30 before I called again, again & again with no answer and going to voicemail. great service especially during this pandemic. Dropped my car off the night before and they called me when it was done. Got my brakes done, oil changed and car inspected and didn't have to wait around.

I received 5 star service at this automotive shop. Staff was friendly, courteous, and attentive to my car repair needs. First impressions are lasting impressions. The shop cleanliness was and added plus to the service I received. This shop was referred to my daughter and I am pleased to say that we have a new mechanic.
