Amelia is awesome! I've gone to her twice now and she's my new favorite :) she takes excellent care of her clients and makes them feel like making their hair perfect is her life goal. Thanks Amelia (and the fantastic staff) for always making my visit a good one!
I have been going to Lili for over 6 years. My stylist left but my colorist remained at LIli and I decided I would stay with my colorist. hOwever, it seems to me the skill of the stylists remaining is not as high as the people who left. The salon has a different feel to it since the owners spilt things up. Clients feel the difference.
My wife spent $500 on a gift card because she used a specific stylist and colorist. I guess they both left because of a nasty divorce between the now owner and her former husband. My wife has had several other people work with her there and has been happy with none. Even though she still has a $400 -amount open from a prior year all she wants is her $500 from this year refunded and they won't do it; Liz The manager has been exceptional rude.
