Mark came recommended by my agent as we were moving through a quick housing closing process. He was very flexible and came out right away to do an inspection. I arrived at the house about 2/3 of the way through his inspection, but he took the time to stop and walk me through everything he had seen and noted. We needed a pre-inspection on a very competitive home in D.C. Mark came on very short notice. Throughout the inspection, he was extremely professional, evaluating the house and pointing out all discrepancies to us.
