That one lady receptionist (Jenny or something) is extremely rude and lacks knowledge and responsiveness. Although they have my insurance info, she gives me the price without checking with my insurance company, t's not a big deal, I can just do it myself. I called my insurance then call back told her my coverage and what I should be billed for. Despite what the lady who picks up the phone will tell both you and your insurance company, this place BILLS AS A HOSPITAL, NOT A STANDALONE FACILITY. For many insurance policies, that nearly doubles your cost. Parking and imaging process was fine. I just don't appreciate the surprise bill for an extra $300 that my insurance company and I were explicitly told I would not owe.
I had such a great experience here. From setting up the appointment to check in to the MRI itself. Tiffany went above and beyond helping me find an appointment that worked for my schedule. Kim who checked me in at 6:30AM was so kind and helpful & Gladys who did the MRI was so great and made it so easy and gave great instructions and made sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend!
Waiting for more than 90 min for an MRI for immigration purposes. Not even sure if they care about their patients.
