Just disgusting lack of decency from staff all around, especially the doctors. They will discharge you without a care plan or notice even if you are not well.

I recently visited the Emergency Department at Holy Cross Hospital – Silver Spring, 4/4/2025 and while I expected a possible wait, I did not expect the level of unprofessionalism and rudeness from the evening shift staff. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that for many employees—including security—this was just a job rather than a commitment to patient care. Dr. Silverbrook is the best OB/GYN at Capital women’s care. She is a highly knowledgeable and caring person who went above and beyond to make a difference in my experience. The very first day I met her she told me don’t worry, you are going to have the best experience with this pregnancy and that what exactly she did. The incompetency of the staff at a particular office at the Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring is so egregious that it would take an hour to review just how poorly they perform their work. I'm referring to an outpatient department. If other departments at the hospital are as poorly operated as the one I have been attending, I would be very cautious about receiving medical care fromthem.
