I came here in 2022 & again in 2024… If you have a high risk pregnancy I don’t recommend that you come here… after reading the reviews to see that this place has gotten extremely worst .. it needs to be investigated! In 2022 I Holy cross terminated a pregnancy that I later found out in 2024 .. could’ve been saved. I asked them about an emergency cerclage because my sister had got that procedure they said “they don’t do that, they’ve never heard of that .. my sisters situation was a miracle” .. Surgical team and Fabiola and Mesafin (I don’t know if I spelled it right) are the best nurses I ever had everyone was comforting very attentive kept me calm for my procedure and afterwards I truly appreciate them all
There was one communication fail at the help desk, but apart from that this was the best hospital experience I've had. Genuine care and empathy. Adequate patience from very tired nurses at 5:30am. So grateful that this was my surgical experience. Special thanks to Johannes who was my post-op nurse.
If you have an emergency situation you don’t want to come here . The nurses are rude , they stay on their phones, you get ignored. A emergency isn’t an emergency to them . One 1️⃣ f the worst hospital out here. The rooms aren’t clean either. 😑
