My experience at Holy Cross hospital was very positive. The providers displayed a high level of professionalism, remaining courteous and attentive throughout my care. They communicated clearly and took the time to ensure that my questions and concerns were thoroughly addressed.
Today was my first time ever seeking care at this facility. Yes it’s an older facility but the actual care I received especially in the emergency department was absolutely wonderful! From the time I entered the ER I was immediately greeted by registration and registered then immediately triaged by a triage nurse. Immediately after rushed I was taken to get an EKG then immediately taken to the back to a treatment room, as I presented for Chest Pain and have a significant cardiac history. Yesterday I had a negative experience at your emergency center that I wanted to bring to your attention as constructive feedback. My mom was brought in with a serious condition and after she was initially checked in, she began actively vomiting blood in the waiting room and this information hadn't been passed on to the nursing team. I truly can’t express how grateful I am for Dr. Block. My second delivery experience was absolutely amazing because of him. From the moment I went into labor, he was kind, patient, and so gentle. He made me feel safe and supported every step of the way. With my first baby, I did not have a good experience, so I was very nervous and unsure about what to expect the second time.
