Terrible!!!! I had a bone scan down and they said my doctor would have results within 5 days. One month later after the doctor called multiple times he still didn’t have the report. When I called them they said they didn’t know anything. I just got off the phone with them and they had me verify who the doctor was and their fax number because they didn’t know. My appointment was at 1 pm I got there 10 minutes before my appointment time the receptionist took my id and my insurance card told me to sit down they will call me, this part wasn’t so bad the place was packed not even an empty chair to sit someone was called inside so I was lucky to get the seat.
