You know, people say DO NOT GO HERE and we still do. Please listen to me DONT GO HERE. I left crying today instead of getting a ct scan I really need. The nurse was pissed because my first nurse asked to go to lunch. I believe that the rude nurse’s name is Esther. She walked into the room with the biggest attitude. Valley has two buildings for MRIs. If you’re flagged they put you in building 2. Sentient suite is in building 1. Building 1 MRI is small and unclean.
I wish Google allowed no stars ... i really had the worst experience here possible, I have shown up for 3 appointments now for the same mri, and still have not had the procedure due to their scheduling and administrative errors. I would go elsewhere, but my dr is requiring I go only here for this procedure, but I have now wasted hours of my time, and still can't do the procedure today! Go anywhere else! This place is a mess!
