If I could give Just Water Heaters 10 stars, I would. Dale, the company’s owner, is knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Our fairly new tankless water heater stopped working due to issues with the initial installation by a different company. After not being able to get in touch with them, we found Just Water Heaters, and we are so glad we did. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the market for a new water heater (or softener- their name isn’t quite true lol)! Priced well below other quotes and took the time to explain everything. Thankful for people with expertise who aren’t just looking to rip people off!

I messaged with Just Water Heaters on a Tuesday after hours about a leaking water heater and was able to get them the information they needed and arranged an appointment for the next day. Dale came and did an awesome job, even handling the quirks of the small utility room and water meter placement. I appreciated that the pricing was upfront and clear. I recommend this company.
