Dale and Tim (Brothers) were extremely polite and professional right from the start. They came the very next day to install a new hot water heater and power vent to the exterior of my home. Their work was impeccable and Dale was extremely upfront with his pricing. I sent him some photographs and measurements and he was able to come up with a plan for the replacement of my hot water heater without needing to come to my home or charging me a trip charge. I called with a 12 year old leaking water heater and partial flooded basement. I called, they had me send a few pictures and received a quote within just a few minutes. Canme out the next morning to install. The quality of work was fantastic! I have had a lot of people do work in and around my house and this was the absolute best experience. For start to finish I would highly recommend.
