Worst doctor and office you'll ever experience. This doctor is very rude, has no bedside manners, and very disrespectful. He also has anger management issues if you disagree with him and doesn't let you talk as he will talk over you. His staff don't know how to answer simple questions when it comes to insurance coverages and they go back and forth to check with him like they are afraid of him and need to make sure he gives them the answer or permission. My girlfriend had a bad experience with this doctor, although the rest of the staff was very nice. She did not feel like he was listening to her or took her concerns seriously. Instead, he told her that her cracked teeth were a “fluke” and he would go and diagnose her with depression after speaking to her for 10min… Arrogant, demeaning, and terrible bedside manner. When I called to make appt I asked if the receptionist could give me an approximate estimate of consult appt length. I was told ‘should be on 15 min if you have no extensive questions’. I thought perfect! (My appt was at 3pm and I have a 5pm appt later on.) I did all my paperwork electronically prior to appt. I arrived, handed receptionist my paper referral that I received from my dentist who sent me there. I sat in lobby until almost 3:45 pm with no word from front offce. I’ve had a lot of work done these past few months. Prior, I was fearful of the dentist & having to pay out of pocket, made me even more nervous. The staff, Dr. Thompson, are so friendly and comforting. Everything has healed wonderfully and it makes a world of difference, when you have understanding, friendly people, who help you through your journey of getting teeth pulled and planning for your future. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
