Mr. Waters is the best and most professional guy in the industry! Have been going to him for years and I never sense any complacency. He always puts in 110%, 100% of the time. I’ve never left a cut feeling shorted or unsatisfied and each time I know it was money well spent. The best part about the cuts are the conversations with Fred.
