Called them after our water started to smell like rotten eggs and we had wanted to get a water softener anyhow. We compared theses guys to some other companies and found that Mr. Water was the best deal. They have a new type of water softener that removes the sulfur smell also and softens the water. We have had the system for about a month now and notice a really big difference in the laundry and the bad smell is completely gone.
