I had a back injury from a fall at work. I was referred to the pain center for continued treatment. I was barely in the door when they started talking about injections. They spoke of the injections and ablation like it was a miracle treatment. After my second series of injections I was told that ablation may or may not work for me. I was also told that it may take up to 2 months to gain the full effects of burning the nerve endings in my back and that it may only last 1 month at best.
