I got this Monterey chicken wrap, it looked great in the menu, but when it was served to me, it looked awful & the wrap was dry & hardly any chicken & it was just plain terrible!! Spoke with the manager & didn't even take anything off my meal & asked if I would like another one, told her no & lost my appetite, I would not recommend the wrap at all!!!

I'm glad that you were able to speak with the manager and were offered a new dish, but I understand being frustrated with a poor first experience.
