RecommendedWe decided it would be a good idea to have our chimney cleaned and inspected prior to making a fire in our new home. Unbeknownst to us the fireplace was never used by the previous owner, and upon further inspection Mr. T's informed us that they won't be charging for the visit since our fireplace did not need cleaning or other maintenance. We were in the process of selling our home and were in a time crunch to get the chimney cleaned and a couple of repairs done. Kathy went above and beyond to work us in on a very tight schedule.
