I recommend not taking your vehicle here. They have had my friends car for five weeks. Josh keep telling them their car will be ready for pickup. Everytime they go to pick it up. It's never ready. My friends are talk to very disrespectful By Josh. He has poor customer service skills. People came in saying their car has been there for seven months or more. People are calling the police just to retrieve their vehicle. This is the last place I would ever take my vehicle.
This place is horrible as you can read by the reviews. They do not care about your car or fixing it. All they want is your money. They will take it & keep your car too without ever fixing it. Whoever reported that they are closed is a liar - they are still open scamming people everyday & they should be closed down by the BBB! They need to be stopped! Please if you value your car do not use this shop - I promise you will be mad at yourself if you do! Please go somewhere anywhere but here! Bonnie Witt Rating- no stars
Where to start here....I would give 0 stars if possible. While trying to get a Honda transmission worked on here, they had the car for over a month and the price always changed. Prior work had already been done, but we were manipulated into complete rebuild. We were ridiculed in the lobby in front of others and lied to many times.
