No nonsense, excellent service and HONEST. I chose this place over my free warranty service at Wilsonville Toyota, where they say all the right things and actually do very little.
Would not recommend Milex. Had an appointment which “Bob” was late, then then they preceded to treat us like second class morons. Stay away from this place.
Bob at Milex - Mr Transmission is always our first call. He is honest, reliable and always lets us know the immediate need as well as future maintenance. He is never pushy or pressuring. His team does an excellent job! Were so glad we found them! We continue to send friends and family to him, and have only heard wonderful feedback.
I have taken all my vehicles to Milex over the past 3 years. This last time my 2000 Pontiac was having some transmission issues. Bob and his team took a look at it and it only needed the transmission fluid replaced. They could have easily told me it needed to be rebuilt and/or replaced. It's been over a year now and the Pontiac is still going strong. Thank you!
